Chef Cathy left Coopers & Lybrand Consulting at the end of 1996 to do what she TRULY loves -- caring for others by cooking healthy meals for them while allowing them to reclaim quality time in their lives. As an Atlanta Personal Chef she runs Magical Meals in Decatur, Georgia making home cooked meals that serve intown Atlanta. She is a Senior Certified Personal Chef (CPC), a Premier Member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA), Founder and past President of the Atlanta USPCA Chapter and past member of Women Chefs & Restauranteurs. She is ServeSafe Certified and is an industry leader and mentor.


Cathy's other love is teaching and helping others follow their dreams. She was the Director of Training for the Culinary Business Academy (CBA) where she had the honor and joy of training hundreds of other people to start their own successful personal chef businesses around the United States. She has been a frequent speaker at  national personal chef conferences as well as speaking and writing about cooking, small business start up and gluten and dairy free cooking.


She has had the fun and joy to be featured on both CNN Live and CNN Travel & Leisure being featured as an intown Atlanta and Decatur personal chef . She received Atlanta Magazine's BEST OF ATLANTA in 1999 and again in 2003. She has been featured in the Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Smart Money, USA Today, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, Cooking Light, Natural Health, Womens' World and featured in the books "When Money Isn't Enough -- How Women Are Finding The Soul of Success" and "How to Start a Personal Chef Business" as well as numerous internet articles and interviews.
